A substantial principle for us is that good fruit is ripened by the tree, the sun, the wind, the blue sky… we are opposed to any type of fruit ripened under a refrigerated shed!!

For this reason, after the success of the Illasi cherries and the Yellow Peaches from Pescantina (still in production to order), we have just closed a beautiful agreement with one of the most interesting young farming realities in the Piedmont landscape.
Monvisotta finally gives us the opportunity to buy Blueberries, Maria Cristina Peaches and Squashed Tobacco Peaches, Round Apricot from Costigliole and the ancient Ramassìn, that is, the small mountain plum. A real rarity.

Choosing fruit means a healthy, light diet that is nonetheless strongly hydrating and compensating. So take advantage of it to make juices, jams, fruit salads and anything else that can give you the opportunity to regenerate with easily available minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants.
