Die Bruschettina di Marina Colonna wird aus reifen Tomaten mit zusätzlichen Produkten aus dem Garten wie Karotten, Sellerie, Knoblauch, wenig Petersilie und Oregano hergestellt, dazu ihr Evo-Öl, Salz und eine Prise Pfeffer. The Giffoni hulled and toasted hazelnuts are truly experiential! Fragrant to the nose and crunchy to the palate, they develop an intense aroma and a clear and persistent flavor. The paccucce are a specialty of the Colmurano tradition, a town in the province of Macerata. “Paccuccia” means “slice,” referring to the slices of apple or pear cut and preserved according to this particular recipe that allowed the preservation of fruit for the winter. The Paccucce di Colmurano from Le Spiazzette are made by drying Rosa apples in the oven at low temperature, which are then soaked in cooked wine and packaged in glass jars. A real delight!
