Amber beer - our selection

An amber beer is a type of beer that is characterized by its amber color, which can vary from light brown to dark red. This color derives from the type of barley malt used for the production of beer, which can be roasted more or less intensely, thus determining the final color of the

beer.

Amber beer - our selection: history and information

Amber beers have an intense and structured taste, with a roasted malt aroma and a persistent froth. They are typically served in a glass shaped glass to allow you to better appreciate their scent and aroma

.

To produce an amber beer, proceed by placing the roasted barley malt in a boiler, where it is mixed together with hot water. Once the must is ready, the yeast is added, which begins to ferment, producing alcohol and carbon dioxide. Subsequently, the must is filtered and transferred to a fermentation vat, where it is left to mature for a few days. Finally, the beer is bottled and left to mature further for a few weeks before

being marketed.
