The Emilian products, when quality and class are needed, never disappoint. The local people, in fact, have a great passion for tradition at the table like very few other people in Italy.
 

During the holidays, the noble cold cuts from the hills of Parma and the lands of Zibello are a true jewel that many, in this region, do not miss. And more and more people outside the Emilian borders are appreciating these delicacies and are choosing to have them on their tables as well.

We did not focus on brands, but we asked an important Emilian selector to find the best products of the Parmense and Modenese salumi tradition: Valentino Ramelli, a talented craftsman, attentive and passionate discoverer of taste, a food and wine selector for the DOC and DOP commissions. Our great Culatello and Fiocco, the Coppa and the salami from the low Parma area were all selected by him.
 

A meticulous job among cellars and underground caves of small artisanal realities that you will never find in traditional circuits. An opportunity that we wanted to create just for the true fans of Spaghetti & Mandolino!
