The appointment in Florence with great chocolates is renewed: from February 10 to 19, the twelfth edition of the Artisanal Chocolate Fair will take place, featuring exhibitors from all over Italy to sweeten the palates of young and old alike. Tastings of all kinds, as well as cultural moments, opportunities for in-depth exploration, and the intention to break a record: the longest chocolate bar ever made in Florence. All this in an exceptional location, Piazza Santissima Annunziata, in Renaissance spaces surrounded by Brunelleschi's portico. 

Following the great success of last year’s edition, the initiative “Chefs with Chocolate” will also be repeated, featuring ten top chefs – from Filippo Saporito to Marco Stabile, from Simone Cipriani to Daniele Pescatore – who will be preparing a dish using chocolate as the main ingredient. 

Many new events, meetings with industry experts, and culinary paths specifically designed to follow the current trends and tastes will allow all participants to discover the world of chocolate in all its diverse forms, with creativity and fun. Of course, there will also be games and workshops to entertain even the little ones.
