Earth stories, stories of quality organic fruits and veggies.

For a few weeks now, you may have noticed the presence of a new reality that has started supplying us with high-quality organic fruits and vegetables: it is called Storie della Terra, a commercial company from a group of producers from Verona who decided to select the best BIO products from across Italy to offer in the restaurant sector and to gourmet shops.

Fruits and vegetables of high quality that, for the most part, come from areas of Sun, Sea and Wind in our extraordinary South, where the land is still rich in stories to tell. And here is the area of Ispica from where come flavorful and crunchy vegetables like carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, and fennel. Additionally, lemons and red beets come from Marsala. These are salty lands that make the vegetables particularly firm, not as water-rich as in other areas of Italy, and therefore, more fragrant and tasty. The yellow-fleshed potatoes from Ragusa are excellent for gnocchi and baking, given their delightful sweetness. The netted melon from Sicily, with its intense orange color and typical fragrance, has a sweetness that is hard to find in other northern Italian regions.

The green beans were selected in Cagliari, Sardinia, green and flavorful, perfect for their crunchiness. The asparagus from the sands of San Severo in Puglia are perfect to eat fresh, sliced julienne with fruity extra virgin olive oil. The apples are from the Val Venosta, they are organic and come from the most suitable area of Alto Adige and, in our humble opinion, of Italy. They remain crunchy and particularly tasty with a nice balance between the acidic and sugary parts. The strawberries, on the other hand, come from Verona, particularly from the areas of Zevio and San Giovanni Lupatoto, incredibly suited for producing strawberries with an intense flavor and definitely crunchy.

These organic fruits and vegetables complement our dark cherries from the Illasi valley, which have been receiving enormous success and are being requested from all over Italy. But get ready! The peaches from Pescantina are coming, a town that took its name from this fruit, and that today represents one of the most highly vocated areas in Italy for it. Fruits and vegetables, a sector we intend to improve and continually expand and refine.
