Stop everyone! Is it called Beppino Occelli or Ocelli?

Hold on everyone! We're starting to have a doubt. Actually, you dear friends passionate about good food at Spaghetti&Mandolino are making us wonder! But the legendary cheese affineur from Langhe, Beppino Occelli, is his surname written just like that or is it written "Ocelli"?

On our portal, in just one day, more than 200 searches for cheeses from Beppino Occelli have come in with the word "Ocelli". We are completely puzzled here in the office! But how: weren't there 2 "c's"?

We haven't checked Wikipedia, but went straight to the source: after all these requests, we also have some doubts, so you never know! And our source is the shelf of cheeses!

On the label, there are indeed two "c's": it is really Beppino Occelli! We just had to look at that of his creation: the Occelli al Barolo. So misunderstanding resolved!

Dear friends at home, put in one or two but in the end it's always Beppino! The lovely white king of Langhe, the one who always excites us with his milk creations. Maybe it’s precisely because he has two "c's" that his cheeses are so good! Oh cheese!
