Finally, we found them! We wanted a range of fruit juices that are good, healthy, genuine, and from a certified supply chain. Moreover, we wanted them to be BIO and come from a reality that historically belongs to that world of biodiversity which does so much good for the earth and our health. Finally, we arrived at Punto Verde, a farm that has been a pioneer in the world of Organic, at a time when green farmers were still seen as a separate race and were often denigrated or not taken seriously. Today, however, if you are not Organic in agriculture, you are less credible!

The Castiglioni family from Savignano sul Panaro, in the province of Modena, has developed a farm that produces cherries, sweet cherries, plums, apricots, pears, apples, peaches, and kiwis over about 10 hectares of land, as well as strawberries, figs, pumpkins, tomatoes, and other vegetables. When you arrive at the farm, you enter an ancient country courtyard that has not lost the flavor of time. Huge trees are still there, testament to an ancestral rural life that the Castiglioni family has not transformed in any way. The scent of the earth on the dirt roads is the same as always, but it is a fragrant land. The rows of various fruits are long and aligned, covered by nets that rise and fall only in anticipation of hailstorms that, unfortunately, in these areas can sometimes cause serious damage. But this system allows the fruit to avoid losses of light and heat, especially during the ripening phase.

All the fruit collected on the Savignano sul Panaro farm is then transferred to another facility of the company located in Vignola (Modena). This structure includes the laboratory for the transformation of BIO fruit. A production line that guarantees a short supply chain and is equipped with the latest technologies known in the field of fruit juice production and fruit cooking for the production of jams. Everything ends with a bottling and pasteurization plant that is also internal to the company. In short, the reality of Punto Verde guarantees us a closed supply chain, thus ensuring control of the raw material, which, in the case of fruit juices, is very important.

So let's talk about this exceptional product. Punto Verde refers to its line of BIO fruit juices as "FrullaBio". Indeed, it is like eating pure fruit since the fruit concentration inside them is 80-85%. Moreover, since the fruit is harvested manually in a staggered manner according to the degree of ripeness, all juices are produced with fresh and well-ripened fruit from the plant. Not harvested in bulk in dark refrigerated warehouses as is commonly done for industrial products. This means Flavor with an uppercase F, in the true sense of the word.
