Christmas packages: selections from tradition

A simple package of Tradition Christmas for all tables that seek typical holiday products, beautiful trays full of lentils topped with slices of steaming cotechino. A good quality red wine that won’t disappoint the guests and a piece of high-aged cheese like a piece of Monte Veronese di Malga Presidio Slow Food, which is produced only at altitude and in the summer and aged for at least 24 months… yes, exactly 24! A great finish to pair with some wildflower honey to best savor its delicious creaminess.

We have also paid attention to the more demanding with a Traditional BIO Christmas where we included exceptional Monograno Senatore Cappelli Spaghetti to pamper you with the best pasta used by the most important Italian chefs.

A bit of healthy regionalism

We have been somewhat regionalist and, since everything starts from Verona, we created some typical selections of our culinary history and tradition. However, trust us, we have searched for only the best and most identity-rich products, so, perhaps, you will forgive us… With the package Simply Veneto, you could prepare a true traditional Venetian Christmas lunch. A beautiful risotto with Tastasàl, made with Carnaroli Rice produced in the Veronese plains and the famous tastasàl, or the salami paste that infuses the risotto with an intense, aromatic flavor. We chose a great Cabernet Sauvignon from a beautiful Vicenza winery on the Berici Hills that produces exciting wines. We added a Renga in Saòr which is usually paired with polenta in Verona and becomes a truly sumptuous dish for the holidays. Finally, a nice piece of Morlacco cheese, elegant, creamy, and pleasantly floral, which offers a pause of delicacy on the palate after strong flavors.

If you want to indulge even more with a more complete selection of Venetian products, for a Venetian traditional lunch, don’t miss the delicious package Serenissima Terra, where, among Prosecco DOCG, mandorlato from Cologna Veneta, and local salami, you can really dive into the most traditional country style, as we say; that of the old festive tables in the countryside.

Spaghetti and Mandolino loves the South!

Sun Sea and Wind of the South is the package we dedicate to all those who love the people of the south, the strong traditions that enliven the most explosive and exciting cuisine of our country. A nice Calamarata made from durum wheat semolina from Gragnano to pair with the king of Italian cherry tomatoes, the artisanal tomato puree from Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP. We also added Mezzi Paccheri for your preparations with fresh fish, which is never lacking in the southern sea and is delicious. A historically significant wine from the Sannio lands, the Falanghina from the Vigne Storte brothers, a company that offers wines with great identity and tradition. Also included is a beer from the young company FACCIdabere. To finish beautifully, a magnificent cheese, unique in its kind, a Casicavaddro from Sola Bruna Alpina, produced in Avellino, and the sweetness of syruped Pesche Percoche from Vesuvio.

Dante's lands

From Tuscany, a delightful selection of typical territorial products. In the package The Medici Fragrances, we had a little fun with the fascinating land of Dante and the Magnificent. We chose a very flavorful and traditional Acquacotta, the Lardo di Colonnata aged among the white marbles of Carrara, a delicious lentil soup from Maremma, and an excellent Maremma wine, the Luminoso from Podere San Cristoforo. The king of Tuscan pecorino could not be missing, the white Pecorino from Pienza, sweet and delicate to pair with fresh acacia honey. We were interested in the aromas of the past, the Renaissance evocation of the towers of San Gimignano, and the scent of the sun-baked Siena clays.

To each their own

Are you romantic, soft-hearted, or sweets lover? We have tried to choose what best suits you. Are you a Glutton? Here is ready some quality pasta from Trentino, a all-butter Pandoro; excellence products, such as a piece of Monte Veronese DOP aged 6 months from one of the best Venetian dairies, La Casara in Roncà. A fragrant and fruity Prosecco from the Treviso hills and a delicious herb-roasted cooked ham. Finally, a Organic Radicchio Cream is an excellent ingredient for succulent pasta enhanced with flaked Monte Veronese.

Are you Tenerona? We have chosen for you some excellent Bio Modica chocolate Sabadì which is aptly named Optimism. Then all creamy, round, sweet, and spicy products. From lentils to zampone, from spiced caciottina with pepper to arborio rice, perfect for rich, creamy risottos.
