The bottle: each wine has its own

The glass bottle has become the vehicle par excellence for wine. The equation "every wine belongs to its bottle as every bottle belongs to its wine" could well explain the relationship between the two entities. By stating this, we highlight the importance and exclusivity each container gains as it seals the precious liquid. When you buy a wine, you also buy its packaging. As if they were a single identity.

The bottle is the wine’s companion, the ideal partner that, thanks to its characteristics, allows the wine to be enjoyed and known all over the world. We know where bottling takes place, but we cannot know where the bottle will be uncorked and who will drink it.

What will be the fate of a Champagnotta containing Lessinia Durello Spumante? Perhaps it will be sold and exported to the United States or Asia. Surely, we can imagine that it will take quite a trip. Will it be drunk by a businessman? An actor? A model? Will it be uncorked to celebrate a graduation? Or perhaps for an important job promotion? The reasons and places a wine and its bottle can bring joy are exceedingly numerous.

Don’t miss the joy of savoring Alba Vitae - imperiale brut riserva 2005, in Magnum format, to celebrate the start of a new and sparkling year!
