A gift basket full of love and taste for Valentine's Day.

For Valentine's Day, we thought of all the lovers in Italy. Therefore, we sought to put together, in a gift basket, some of our typical products for a gift between you, lovers of life and taste. A package with a selection that represents the best of Italy's most “affectionate,” most sincere, and rich in love stories.

Inside our selection “Special Thought for You - Valentine's Day” there are many surprises! We start with the Paccheri di semola di Grano duro di Gragnano, the excellence of pasta, with its lovely flavor that blends the best Apulian semolinas with the ancient source of waters that springs from the Lattari Mountains and passes through the magical valley of the mills in Gragnano. A product that fascinates for its ability to perfectly embrace the sauce. And what better partner for such flavorful pasta? The king of Italian tomatoes. The true prince of sauces. The Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio in its most ancestral and traditional version: the Pacchetella, which recalls ancient gestures made by the hands of women and children from the districts and villages hanging onto the Neapolitan volcano. A marriage, a passionate and virtuous meeting between cheese and wine. The pleasant sensation of milk mixed with the aromatic intensity of a spicy and fruity cherry wine. Perfect to savor with closed eyes to feel all its branches of pleasure.

If you want to enhance the tasting of the cheese with a palate-pleasing delight, we have added a delicious Pear Mustard collected from the Mantuan countryside, very delicate and slightly spicy.

For an intriguing tasting, the lovers' basket also includes a delicious salamino Cordivino aged in Amarone grape pomace. A product that combines the creaminess of meat with the winey essence of the great wine of Valpolicella. Flavors of pepper, cloves, cinnamon, dried grapes, and cherry jam. A captivating sensation that amplifies the delicate and soft perception of the salami.

To accompany a delightful evening for two, we thought of a Prosecco Rosalia, which embodies the values of a territory like Montello, where the wines are never particularly dry but possess a natural softness that makes them particularly suited for a passionate toast. A highly appreciated Prosecco that won a gold medal at the last English Prosecco Master, one of the most stringent competitions.
