Making a cocktail with fruit juices that is enjoyable, fresh, and creative is not easy but not impossible either. It all lies in your imagination and the ability to combine the various tastes and aromas of the elements you mix together. It is the art of mixology, the ability to bring together products, sometimes unimaginable, yet with intriguing and unique contrasts. Bartenders are masters in this, and in recent years they have earned a place of honor among the interpreters of this very gourmet discipline. Breaking away from the ordinary Mojito, Caipirinha, and Margarita and finding enlightenment by blending spices, wine, liquors, fruits, and their juices is simply becoming magic that goes beyond just an appetizer. Almost pure alchemy of flavors!
Let’s try some of them using our fruit juices that are not too expected.
First of all: alcoholic or non-alcoholic? Let's start with something strong, something alcoholic, but that must always be appreciated for its freshness and pleasantness, qualities that together must always mask any potential degrees of alcohol.
First, let's use our Punto Verde Organic Juices, which offer an unbeatable guarantee of fruit concentration and freshness.
The simplest we can tackle is the Buck Fizz or Mimosa, mixing some Champagne with orange juice, a bit of ice, and a slice of blood orange.
Always with the orange juice, let’s make a Wrinklies Rule, combining Vodka with Campari and some Organic Orange Juice.
Let’s try one that is a bit more complicated but very enjoyable. This time we’ll use Organic Apple Juice.
Let's try the Frozen Apple Kiwi. Here’s the recipe:
1 ounce (30ml) of Organic Apple Juice
1 ounce of Kiwi Juice
half an ounce of Grapefruit Juice
a quarter ounce of Lime Juice
2 drops of Peppermint Flavor
Place the ingredients in the blender with 10/15 ice cubes and blend for 40 seconds.
Pour into a fancy glass. Decorate with mint leaves and a slice of kiwi on the rim of the glass.
Even though it’s Spring, we can have a touch of autumn in a glass with this cocktail: the Autumn.
1 ounce of Raspberry Vodka
three-quarters of an ounce of Calvados
1 ounce of Organic Blueberry Juice
Pour the ingredients into a shaker. Shake, pour into a previously chilled martini glass. Garnish the glass with a bunch of blueberries and a slice of apple.
For a nice day with friends, given that it’s warm for afternoon tea, we recommend a way to make it fresher and more intriguing.
Let’s prepare the Exotic Tea.
5 – 6 ice cubes
1 ounce of Triple Sec
three-quarters of an ounce of Passoa
1 ounce of Organic Peach Juice
half an ounce of Pomegranate Juice
Top with lemon tea
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail (fancy) glass with the ice already present. Top with lemon tea and garnish with a slice of lemon.
