A very original way to cook egg pasta and prepare a tasty baked pasta dish! For the recipe, you will need artisan egg pappardelle, tomatoes, oil, mozzarella, olives, chili, basil, pecorino, and onion. First of all, the onion should be chopped and sautéed in a saucepan with oil and chopped chili. Add the tomato pulp, olives, and a pinch of salt, and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. When the pappardelle are cooked, season them with the sauce and diced mozzarella. Once removed, sprinkle with pecorino flakes and serve: a true delight!

Here’s a fantastic recipe for baked penne, tasty and "cheesy"!
You will need rigatoni made from Senatore Cappelli organic wheat, butter, fontina, Grana Padano, béchamel, eggs, salt, and pepper. Combine béchamel, eggs, Grana with salt and pepper in a bowl; boil the pasta until al dente and pour it into the bowl with the mixture. Grate the fontina, prepare the buttered baking dish and pour the mixture over the pasta, making a final layer of cheese with grated fontina and Grana. A final touch with butter flakes and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. An ideal and delicious recipe for kids as well!

Let’s prepare walnut fusilli, a real treat! You will need gluten-free fusilli made from corn and rice, walnuts, grated Grana, oil, béchamel, butter, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. The walnuts should be chopped and set aside; meanwhile, prepare the fusilli and season them (when they are al dente) with the béchamel flavored with nutmeg. Add the walnuts, grated cheese, oil, salt, and pepper, then transfer everything to a baking dish which will be placed in the hot oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!

. You will need artisan spaghettoni made from durum wheat, peas, tomatoes, mozzarella, eggs, celery, parsley, basil, Grana cheese, minced beef, oil, salt, pepper, and stale bread. Prepare the meatballs using the classic procedure, mixing soaked and squeezed bread with meat, eggs, Grana, parsley, salt, and pepper. The meatballs should be very small! Once drained, prepare the greased baking dish with oil and add the pasta with the sauce and meatballs, adding diced mozzarella on top, and cover everything with grated cheese.
