Quick First Course Recipes: With our ready-made sauces, the game is done

If you’re short on time, one solution you can adopt is to rely on ready-made sauces that you can find on »OUR SELECTION OF READY-MADE SAUCES «

For example, you can use the exquisite Vasetti di Riccardo, true delights packed in glass jars. From organic Genovese pesto, to garlic-free pesto, passing through the hazelnut ragù and the red pesto, not to mention the walnut sauce, the curry, the red chicory, or the pistachio. And if you want to impress, we recommend the wild garlic sauce! Step inside, quickly set the table, bring salted water to a boil, throw in the pasta, and wait. With Vasetti di Riccardo, you’ll make a great impression; all you have to do is wait for the pasta to be cooked!

If you’re looking for a ready-made Norma sauce with fried eggplants in extra virgin olive oil, what you need is the sauce from Frantoi Cutrera, a delight made with the best ingredients while respecting the traditional Sicilian recipe. A delicious, quick, and healthy sauce.

Another excellent alternative is the pacchetella of Piennolo cherry tomatoes from Vesuvio Dop produced by Sapori Vesuviani, or alternatively their Neapolitan sauce.

Finally, if you’re looking for a ragù with strong flavors, we propose the one made from Chianina from agriturismo Il Poggio.

First, here are the ingredients for 4 people:

400 g spaghetti

1 clove garlic

to taste chili pepper

10 anchovy fillets

1 sprig of rosemary

to taste breadcrumbs

to taste salt

to taste extra virgin olive oil

4 tablespoons green olives, pitted (sliced)

Now it’s time for preparation: In a pot, bring salted water to a boil, and in the meantime, work on the preparation of the seasoning. In a non-stick pan, pour in the oil and 4/5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Toast over low heat and when the breadcrumbs are golden, turn off the heat.

In another pan, simultaneously add the oil, garlic, a bit of chili pepper, and anchovies, sautéing everything together. Then add the olives, rosemary needles, and let it cook over low heat for 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti, drain them, and toss them in the seasoning with the anchovies. Add the breadcrumbs (but set aside a bit for garnish at the end) and mix. Enjoy your meal!
