Common Elder: from the plant to the bottle

One of the most fascinating plants we find along riverbanks, along the ancient edges of fields, and in plains and hill woods is the whitened crowns of elder trees.
A flower that smells wonderful and fills the countryside with sweetness. The flower of elderflower syrup is widely used in Trentino, and here, in fact, many plants can still be found.
