Manimpasta Vegan was born from the passion for healthy and natural products of Francesco Manetti, the owner of the artisanal workshop in Livorno. Thanks to Francesco's passion and experience, it is possible to enjoy ethically created products; delicious, healthy, and high-quality treats made with plant-based and organic raw materials, completely free from GMOs. All this is to respect our health and the health of animals, as well as the environment.

The workshop addresses an external audience, without a retail point, with an ethical work approach, collaborative and philosophical, conducted with the passion of a valuable startup grounded in healthy principles. It is therefore not merely a production activity aimed at profit, but a vehicle to spread environmental and health culture, actively providing a service in this direction.

Manimpasta Vegan offers us an assortment of cookies, cakes, bread, and high-quality savory pies, thanks to the organic certification from ICEA. A passion born from a principle: to offer only products made with local raw materials, from zero km, or with typical raw materials from their regions of origin or the fair and solidary market such as almonds, pistachios, chocolate, sugar, and coffee.

In producing its products, Manimpasta Vegan uses only a few essential ingredients: ethics, care, health, respect. This is the philosophy of the activity: a productive reality based not on quantity but on the craftsmanship of the products, their healthiness, and the meticulous research and selection of the raw materials used.
