Discover Pasta Natura: here’s our interview.

From Seed to Table”: here is the slogan of Pasta Natura, which in a few words indicates what is at the heart of the business itself. Control of the supply chain, cultivation of various crops on their own land, immediate processing of grains, and slow natural drying of the kernels at low temperatures: these are the simple actions that make Pasta Natura's products great.

Thanks to artisanal production, it is possible to monitor every single step to ensure a high-quality product for the end customer. The goal is to provide a good and healthy food option to all those who have chosen to eat mindfully, following a balanced diet free from gluten, cholesterol, and added sugars. Thus the company's purpose is to recover the goodness of the Mediterranean diet through products made from healthy and genuine ingredients.

Just a few kilometers from Cuneo, one of the most important cities in Piedmont, you can find the headquarters of Pasta Natura, where products are made thanks to sustainable, organic farming that is completely free from GMOs. The land where the cereal and legume plants used by the company are cultivated is located just a short distance from the pasta production site in Villafalletto. The different hectares used for this purpose are cultivated by skilled collaborators, allowing the production of several tons of grains that are stored moments after harvesting. The time that passes from the artisanal production of pasta to the packaging of the finished product is truly minimal. In fact, Pasta Natura is a great example of a short supply chain.

Pasta Natura has set itself the goal of producing Gluten Free and organic pasta using special flours that are naturally gluten-free. This aim was born in response to the needs of people suffering from celiac disease, which is an increasing number.

We admire these artisans, these producers of unique, certified, and award-winning delicacies: they are true treasures embedded in our Peninsula between seas and mountains and in the most remote streets of villages and countryside. We do not limit ourselves to merely consuming their products; we want to discover more closely the protagonists of this brand. That is why we sent some questions to those who manage communication with us.

  • What is your relationship with the land of origin and its uniqueness? And why do you want to share this through your products?

  • What is the product that you consider to be your “flagship” today?
Our best-selling product is undoubtedly the pasta made from Amaranth, Teff, and Quinoa, a particular product that approaches the taste and texture of classic durum wheat pasta. Recently, there has also been strong growth in the sales of legume pasta varieties. People are increasingly attentive to what they put on the table, and a natural pasta like ours is perfect for anyone wanting to follow a specific diet.

Tradition and innovation at Pasta Natura blend to offer customers quality products while also being innovative.
