In line with taste: how to eat well with tasty, healthy products.

Summer is approaching, the season of sun, heat, and sea. This brings the desire to maintain one’s figure and stay fit, but also to go out and spend free time outdoors with friends enjoying appetizers and dinners.
The ideal would be to maintain a balanced diet, not overindulging, while still allowing oneself to enjoy good and tasty meals, no bland meals or tasteless foods!
But how can we make all this happen? Put away the magic wand, no spells are needed!
Eating well doesn’t necessarily mean giving up on flavor or the dishes we love that make us happy in some way.
Here, we propose a selection of good, healthy products that are perfect for those who want to keep in shape without sacrificing the pleasure of good food!
 

In line with taste: summer first course products

Let’s start with first courses: first of all, carbohydrates are not the black sheep of diets; you can eat them! It’s important to give them their space for a complete and balanced diet! Come on, they haven’t done anything wrong, poor little carbohydrates...

There are alternatives to traditional pasta; one example is whole grain pasta. A pasta alternative might be quinoa, which is rich in dietary fiber, contains no cholesterol, and does not have lactose or gluten.

A healthy and tasty first dish can be made with pasta or cereals, but also with a nice sauce, especially if it’s vegetable-based!

Red with a dark edge, compact, and very low in fat, Valtellina bresaola is produced in the province of Sondrio, using only meat from the thighs of cattle aged between 18 months and four years.
Bresaola is distinguished from other cold cuts by its unique flavor, slightly salty, sweet, and delicate at the same time.
With bresaola, you can create simple yet stunning dishes! One example? Arrange slices of bresaola on a plate, cover them with arugula, slivers of grana, and a few leaves of parsley, sprinkle with pepper, drizzle with a bit of oil, and voilà, it’s done!
