Regional yes, but with a great passion for the best of the Beautiful Marche.

I enter for the first time and can already see the marks left by the virus, by spaces not fully assigned, but the welcoming spirit of the Marches soon makes it all fade away.

I love the medium-small producers of Excellence from here; as a good flour enthusiast, the two brothers of Molino Bravi 1565, I repeat 1565, which is not marketing but has been around since they skillfully work with grains.

I go to the Friends of Terre Alte Picene where I find a historic Marchigian family called the Capparò, like a daily prayer... We cultivate a Healthy Passion, which you can feel in the taste of all the products, in the health (given the way all the land is cultivated using the SimBIOtic method!).

I am kindly invited by the Marchigiana Sommelier Association AIS to a tasting of BIO wines from Piceno, very well presented and chaired; I find that this path is the right one, but alas, the reality of organic wines in the world is already much better and far away, I recommend some introspection of the own fruits.

I go out and head to Porto San Giorgio, to the Caminetto a historic Hotel and Restaurant, just like the assurance of the fish, which is very well cooked. They recommend another good white wine from the Passerina grape (I admit I have a soft spot for it!).
