Capparò Red Wine 2019 from Terre Alte Picene
Rosso Piceno Superiore wine obtained from Sangiovese Grosso and Montepulciano grapes, with a small percentage of Cabernet.
Harvested in the quiet autumn of 2019, initially vinified in stainless steel with its own yeasts, and then placed in untoasted wood for measured oxygenation, where it remains for 12 months.
Blended in a large barrel that gives it a final natural decantation, filtered through coarse paper, and bottled.
With a purple color and violet reflections, it releases harmonious and genuinely sincere aromas, from the animalistic Montepulciano with plum scents to the earthy and citrusy Sangiovese, with a pleasant sweetness derived from the overripe grapes and a good type of cool alcohol.
