How to chill sparkling wine in less than 30 minutes

There are few certain things in life and certainly among them the fact that sooner or later we will find ourselves in the situation of having to cool a bottle of white wine in a few minutes.
So how do you speed up the cooling of a bottle of wine in a matter of minutes?

Here are 4 easy methods that allow us not to have to drink our hot bubble:

  1. Wet towel: Wrap the sparkling wine bottle in a wet towel and place it in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. L&' wet towel will allow the bottle to cool faster.
Don't you feel like using l&' towel? Scottex that has been properly soaked before it is also fine.

  2. Ice bucket: Fill a bucket or container large enough to hold the sparkling wine bottle with ice cubes. Add cold water but especially a handful of salt to lower the temperature. Then immerse the bottle in the bucket and rotate it gently for about 10-15 minutes. L&' cold water and ice will help cool the bottle quickly.

  3. Cold mist: Use a cooling spray or a cold water nebulizer and spray it on the sparkling wine bottle. L&' rapid evaporation of &' cold water will cause the bottle to cool rapidly.

  4. Fracture the bottle: fill the usual bucket with ice and add cold water and salt as described in the second point. Put the sparkling wine bottle in the bucket and shake it quickly for about 5 minutes. This method will speed up the cooling process.

Ok, you don't have more time to read, choose the method you prefer and put it into action, friends or relatives are coming and the bottle is still warm!
For the next time, we recommend that you buy some of our sparkling wines and keep at least 2 bottles in

the fridge.
