Campo Vulcano. The record Soave!

There are few white wines in Italy that have won the Tre Bicchieri of Gambero Rosso for five consecutive years.
One of these is Soave Campo Vulcano by Flavio Prà from the winery I Campi.

Forget all the Soave you have drunk so far. This one is unique, with a quality that leaves you astonished by its finesse, typicity, and pleasantness. Flavio Prà is a young yet very experienced winemaker who started his activity in the winery at a very young age. A great passion born among the fermenting tanks when he was still a child. The aroma of Garganega from Monteforte d’Alpone was one of the daily sensations that accompanied him for years.
His passion for quality Soave has always distinguished him, and his perfectionism in the winery is, even today, one of the qualifying and discriminating elements of his success.

Campo Vulcano is elegance and pleasantness. In a mix of dynamic balances where white flowers mingle with wild herbs, nettle, sage, and rosemary. White and yellow fruits meet a delicate balsamic freshness of wild mint. Graphite minerality that comes from volcanic black soils on the hills of Monteforte d’Alpone. Those who have tasted it have fallen in love. Great chefs and wine lovers consider it one of the most intriguing and pure white wines from Verona. We recommend it with seasonal spring dishes, with asparagus, Bìsi de Colognola, and other garden delights. But remember that Campo Vulcano comes from submarine lands and returns to the sea on the plate, great with shellfish, oysters, simpler blue fish, and anything that smells of the sea.
