Yes, we know, leaving feedback can feel boring or tiring. But in this case it's not just about the feedback to our e-commerce, to our service, but it's about giving a series of evaluations to each manufacturer's product, a tool to help us to continuously improve our selection of products. And not only that, your feedback is a powerful tool to support our artisan producers, providing them with valuable information on the perceived quality of their culinary treasures

How does the S&M feedback request work

At the time of &' purchase, if your order is paperless, there will be a QR Code that will send you directly to the list of products ordered and for each product there will be a button dedicated to the request for review. In the same way - if you have not chosen l&' paperless order - in the new reserved area, in the menu on the right there is the item “

Review product”.

We believe that the necessary evaluation is not only a matter of taste, so:

Label presentation: l&' does the label reflect what you expected? does it respect your fees for the information present? E&' lacking?
Visual aspect of the packaging: has the product made a good impression? Did the eyes rejoice as much as the palate? It's nice, how nice is it?
Smell: Did you like your nose? Does it do justice to your commitment in &' purchase?
Taste: What do you think of the flavor? Did it make your taste buds dance?
Value for the price: Did you hear that the product offered great value for money?
