Every order, every shipment, and every product contained within the order is vital to our e-commerce: one of the pillars alongside the suppliers, those producers of typical artisanal products who believe in the project and allow us to promote and sell their best gastronomic products. Aware of our role, with the goal of making the shopping experience even more engaging, we now need your valuable feedback!

Traditional Feedback vs S&M Feedback

Yes, we know that leaving feedback may seem boring or tedious. But in this case, it’s not just about feedback for our e-commerce or our service; it's about providing a series of evaluations for each producer's product, a tool to help us continuously improve our selection of products. And not only that, your feedback is a powerful tool to support our artisan producers, providing them with valuable insights on the perceived quality of their culinary treasures.

How the S&M Feedback Request Works

At the time of purchase, if your order is paperless, a QR Code will be present that will redirect you to the list of ordered products, and for each product there will be a button dedicated to requesting a review. Similarly - in case you did not choose the paperless order - in the new reserved area, there is a "Review Product" option in the menu on the right.

We believe that the required evaluation is not just a matter of taste, so:

Label Presentation: Does the label reflect what you expected? Does it meet your standards for the information provided? Is it lacking?
Visual Appearance of the Packaging: Did the product make a nice impression? Did the look delight your eyes as much as the taste did your palate? How beautiful is it?
Smell: Did you like it? Does it do justice to your effort in purchasing?
Taste: What do you think of the flavor? Did it make your taste buds dance?
Value for Money: Did you feel that the product offered an excellent quality-price ratio?

Here is Our Commitment

The nice thing? We don’t just want standard and boring feedback. This is a way to evaluate the product, to make you part of the supply chain that, in this case, starts from you and returns to the supplier. Your feedback will help us create a community that celebrates the passion for Italian gastronomy.

You will be an integral part of our continuous improvement process, and every time we discover a product that shines in your evaluations, we won’t be able to help but share your joy with our producers. Whenever you give a negative evaluation to an aspect of the product, we will make it public to the supplier, so they can gain a competitive advantage. This "disaggregated result" is one of the aspects for which our idea of sustainability is important.

Let us explain better: if we were to take the overall result to the producer, they would not receive information that allows them to improve and avoid losing customers or failing to perceive competitive disadvantages, while - by making clear the area where adjustments are needed - we will bring knowledge to improve the competitive aspect of the producer and thus improve the entire supply chain.
