Passionate about the food sector for over 30 years, I started my career in the world of wine and catering.
My training in communication led me to collaborate with National Geographic and Discovery Channel, creating insights on & #39; food and wine.
In &' 95, fate made me discover chocolate thanks to one of the founders of the newborn Chocolate Company, Roberto Bava.
After becoming director of the Company, I expanded the prospects of &' association from product to plantations, following the productive aspects.
As president, I led the Company to become international, joining other associations to create a network of chocolate experts with l&' the common goal of objectively exploring this fascinating world.
The Chocolate Company, of which I am president, is a &' association of experts that promotes the conscious consumption of quality chocolate.
Since 2013, with the project “The Places of Cocoa”, we have been selecting the best raw materials to offer them exclusively to Italian chocolatiers. We collaborate with the Salon du Chocolat in Paris and promote the Salon
