Between the Bolognese hills and the enveloping scent of home cooking, I started my journey in &' Italian food and wine. As a child, the dishes that were prepared as a family inspired me to explore the world of flavors with a curiosity that, over the years, has turned into a real mission
.My career in food and wine journalism has been a succession of culinary adventures, from 'The Itineraries of Taste' to 'World of Taste' and now with the privilege of writing for 'Azeri Observer' since 2014.
Over the years, I have refined my palate, obtaining the qualification of sommelier and becoming a certified chocolate taster with the prestigious Chocolate Company.
But my passion is not limited to printed paper.
