Slightly spiced with white pepper and cinnamon, on the palate it has a nice structure and a nice softness, with a clear and slightly balsamic freshness. It also has an excellent citrus finish. It is ideal to combine with raw fish with a sweet tendency. It can also accompany dishes such as spinach dumplings with melted mountain butter.
