Located in the innermost hills of the Molise region, it is considered one of the best bakeries in Italy, which stands out thanks to the goodness of the products and the genuineness of the raw materials

To the years of experience gained from the maintained and always familiar production, there is also the use of organic ancient grain flours and the use of pure and clean water. The sourdough used for their products is well over 70 years old. Fresh Molisano Bread with Soft Wheat, for example, is a medium-density bread with a pleasant fragrance, with a crunch given to it by type 0 flour. It is ideal as everyday bread, for simple and sweet cold cuts. It can also be combined with creamy and medium-aged cheeses, or with jams and honey.

Another delicacy at this bakery is the chocolate Cuore di Cercemall, a sweet crumble of Senatore Cappelli whole wheat flour. From the base made of shortcrust pastry, it is characterized by a coating of dried fruit and a tasty filling of dark chocolate cream. It has a heart shape, which makes it perfect to give to your loved one on Valentine's Day

Founded as a small shop, the Quadro Carni e Salumi 1860 company also enjoys a very long history, of more than 160 years. Today it is one of the most renowned companies, specialized in the production of Piedmontese cuts of meat and raw cold cuts, which is part of the Food and Wine Excellence Team of the Asti Territory. Traditional recipes have been handed down for over 5 generations, which guarantee the highest quality meat

All Quadro Carni e Salumi 1860 cold cuts do not contain additives such as glutamate, gluten or allergens. Raw cold cuts, in particular, have a very ancient history, while all pork comes exclusively from the best Italian farms. The beef, on the other hand, comes from Piedmontese farms.

For example, the company's pure adult bovine raw sausage is one of the most sought after foods among chefs and the best Piedmontese butchers. The meat of this sausage comes from the Fassone breed, one of the meats that has among the best organoleptic properties in the world. The selected beef trims are used, together with a small percentage of pork belly. The meat is ground together with various spices and aromas, and then it is stuffed into natural casings and placed in the fridge.
