How it works

Do I need to sign up to buy on Spaghetti and Mandolin?

No. Anyone can browse and buy freely on our portal without the need to register. Once in the cart, to close the purchase, we will ask for shipping and user registration data.
This will allow, from the second purchase onwards, not to have to re-enter the shipping data because the data will be remembered.

Payment of &' order

On Spaghetti & Mandolino you can choose between multiple payment methods. You can pay for your shopping cart using Visa, Mastercard, prepaid cards and PayPal.
It is also possible to make an early transfer.

Finally, you can order cash on delivery when the products are delivered to your home.
For cash on delivery orders, only cash is accepted, l&' order must be confirmed through a phone call from &' operator and a surcharge is applied as indicated in the shipping costs.

Receiving products at home or elsewhere

Once the payment has been completed, all that remains is to wait for l&' order to be prepared and shipped.
On average, this takes place in 3 days, to which must be added the shipper's time (1 or 2 days).
The package will be shipped to &' address entered at the time of &' order, in case of missing data you will be contacted by our customer service.

All major national couriers are used for shipping.

For all fresh products, we prefer to ship only the first 3 days of each week so as to guarantee a &'

adequate storage.

Shipping times, methods and costs

Every order is a source of pride for us because it means that at least one of the producers we have chosen so carefully has convinced you!
The time between order and shipment is less than 3 days: so - for example - an order that arrives on Monday will be shipped on average on Wednesday.
The average is also taken into account weekends and fresh products (cheeses and cold cuts) that are portioned only after paragraph' purchase to give the maximum possible shelf-life.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday for dry products, while for fresh products it is shipped until Wednesday if the destination is south and islands, even Thursday if the destination is north, central Italy.
The choice is due to delivery times that vary from 24 to 48 hours depending on the area of residence.

Who are the ambassadors?

Ambassadors are people who provide Spaghetti & Mandolino with some of their most desirable characteristics. C&' is the one who tastes and evaluates the products for us, c&' is the one who lends their marketing knowledge, who follows the aspects of sustainability, etc. Everyone writes content for us, chooses our favorite products and manufacturers and creates inspirations

Can I give away Spaghetti & Mandolino products?

Of course, a lot of customers already do it.
When they create the &' order, they enter the data from &' order their own and then in &' shipping address, the data (name, surname, address) of the person to whom to give the products.

Purchase of products

Once you have found the product you are looking for, you can add the product directly to the cart or discover its characteristics at &' inside the page and then add it to the cart.
Once the product has been added, it will be possible to search for another one and repeat the procedure until “shopping completed”.
In the cart it is then possible to add more pieces of the same product (for example two 150 gram pieces of Montebore) or remove it.

Then by clicking on “Proceed to &' purchase”, the d& #39 procedure begins; purchase with the possibility of entering the registration data already entered (or using the login through Google) or continuing to enter your data for shipping.

Finally, you will need to choose the payment method.

Orders

Can I pick up the &' order placed online or over the phone in your popup in Verona or at other pickup points?

Of course, it is possible to request to collect the &' order also in our Verona popup (reporting it at the time of &' order and waiting for the confirmation of &' customer care appointment).
We are also organizing a series of collection points, but for the moment it is only possible to ship or pick up by hand by appointment

What should I do if I haven't received my order or haven't received all the items ordered?

Is there anything missing in &' order? Call us, write to us, because it could have been our oversight!
If it is also indicated on the accompanying document, it could be because we decided - after trying to contact you without success - to ship without that product, issuing a refund or a voucher of equal value to what is missing. Also in this case - even if we are aware of it - contact us, so we can talk about it together!

Is it possible to add products to an order that has already been placed?

If the &' order has not yet been prepared or shipped, it will be possible to add products to the same order.
To add them, you must do it by phone.

Alternatively, it is possible to make a second order and put in the notes that it is to be sent with the previous one

Is it possible to cancel an order placed?

It is possible to cancel the &' order - even if it has already been paid for - as long as it has not been prepared and shipped.
L&' order must be canceled using the email [email protected] or by calling the number dedicated to customer

service.

C&' is it also possible to order from all over Europe?

On Spaghetti & Mandolino it is possible to order both from &' Italy and from &' abroad, in particular from &' Europe.
Already many of our loyal customers are French, Spanish and German who struggle to find quality food and wine products near their residence.

The shipping costs will be indicated at the time of shipment and will not vary based on the number of products purchased, so it is more convenient to place large orders to amortize the expense deriving from the

shipment itself.

C&' is it the possibility of placing telephone orders?

In case of problems with the system or even just to be advised when choosing, or even to know the availability of products, it is possible to place telephone orders from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 17.30 at the number 045 515265. Spaghetti & Mandolin is not suitable for you when:

How much does shipping to Italy cost?

How is the freshness of the products guaranteed during shipping?

Fresh products such as cheeses and cold cuts are treated with the utmost care in order to preserve their goodness and organoleptic properties. All these products are vacuum-packed preferably after &' order to ensure the maximum shelf life of the product (longest possible expiration date).
At the time of packaging, they are placed in special isothermal containers (before polystyrene, today because of our sustainable nature towards l&' environment in a 100% recyclable material) in the company of dry ice that will keep them at an ideal temperature during the transport phase.

As already reported in shipments, orders containing fresh products are shipped only the first few days of the week to prevent them from remaining undelivered during

the weekend.

Are the products safe in the packaging during shipping?

The products are placed inside a cardboard box with the Spaghetti & Mandolino logo and adhesive tape, and protected by wrapping paper and - if necessary - bubble wrap. In the case of fresh products, certified natural insulating packages are used that are completely recyclable (in a few cases polystyrene is used) with ice cream inside that will guarantee their freshness. If the products are bottles, cardboard packages will be used that are patented for this type of transport and approved by

the most important international shippers.
