Lover of cold cuts

We asked Stefano, our charcuterie lover, to make us dream and take us with him to a &' ideal tasting where the main course was the cutting board in the middle of the table. His job was precisely to fill it with different cold cuts that would delight our palates.

This “Salami lover” is a tasting box where each product is already ready for &' use after obviously cutting it into slices.

A first delicate, soft, citrusy taste, then a sweet savory, then a more rustic flavor and finally a full taste, made more delicate by &' aging in wine.
