With this motto in our hearts, we traveled across Italy in search of typical enogastronomic products of the highest quality, which we have then gathered in this regional search. Each region has its own characteristics and specialties, its own ways of cooking and producing what agriculture or livestock farming allows: from the

typical products of Sicily, and then up to the Tuscan, Venetian, Trentino products, all the way to the Aosta Valley.
