“To the heart Ramon, to the heart...”. This is how Joe concludes the mythical revival of the final duel in For a Fistful of Dollars by Sergio Leone. Riccardo Maira and Antonino Anzalone have taken up these words to define where their new Sicilian Beer Firm project is heading straight. Straight to the heart. A project made up of great passion for beer and as much accumulated expertise as long-time homebrewiers.

Ramon beer and the passion for quality beer

Birra Ramon was born from the three letters of the initials of the names of the two RAM beer friends and l&' an invitation to go forward with courage, ON! The project was born in &' Sicilian hinterland. The ancient lands of Nissena, in the town of San Cataldo, really the center of Sicily. Riccardo and Antonino embarked on this wonderful successful adventure about two years ago and to date they have created only one product, a Golden Ale of great drinkability and pleasure. A beer that, as Joe said, must reach everyone's heart without excess superstructuring while keeping the value of quality high. A message that wants to broaden the palates of those who approach the world of beer. For us, this is a great exclusive that we welcomed with great pleasure because it is a beautiful project that will soon present other types of beers as well
