In the Illasi Valley (VR), between vineyards and olive trees, there is this pastry shop that has been producing leavened products for years, particularly the typical Pandoro from Verona, using the ancient traditional recipe from the late eighteenth century. A semi-artisan laboratory that works with natural products while respecting the naturalness of the raw materials.
