Fusari chooses raw coffee beans from the best South American and African plantations and then performs a controlled-temperature roasting that does not alter the primary organoleptic characteristics of the fruit. The selection and blends are made following sensory pathways defined by experience and the search for aromatic balance. Among these is the specialty of raw green coffee that is used to obtain infusions that provide large amounts of antioxidant elements beneficial for our body.
