Caseificio Montegrappa

In Crespano del Grappa there is this social dairy that collects milk from the Monte Grappa district in the province of Treviso.
Only three cheeses including this one that we have selected, the goat's Granbaby.

Caseificio Montegrappa: a reference point

The cheese factory was founded in 1998 by Fernando Favero who, in the world of Veneto cheese, remains a point of reference especially in the &' Treviso area. All the milk comes from cows that graze around pastures located from 1200 to 1500 meters. Modern company that, however, maintains equipment for craftsmanship in compliance with &' ancient local tradition.
