Perenzin is one of the most interesting dairy producers in Veneto. It is located in Bagnolo di San Pietro Feletto in the Treviso area. Today it is run by Emanuela Perenzin, great-grandson of the founder Domenico, Angelo's father, who started his business in Tarzo way back in 1900. Emanuela runs this cheese jewel with her husband Carlo Piccoli who in 2012 won the prestigious national award Best Cheese Professional, curated by Alma Caseus at Cibus
