The Rosola Dairy was established in 1966 as an Agricultural Cooperative Society, thanks to the will of the breeders residing in the homonymous hamlet of the municipality of Zocca (MO).
A reality that raises the historic Modenese white breed. The milk from this cow is processed separately to produce Parmigiano Reggiano DOP monorazza.

All the fodder comes from owned meadows on the Modenese hills and the first heights of the Apennines. Fodder rich in herbs that give the milk a unique aroma and pleasantness that carry through to the end of aging in the Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
The wheels made from White Cow milk are also particularly long-lasting and, even after long aging, guarantee remarkable creaminess and freshness.
Rosola Dairy is proud to be at the forefront regarding the recovery and enhancement of this breed: allowing the White breed to go extinct would mean losing a significant element of our culture, our history, and forever giving up an undeniable quality raw material.
Additionally, in the year 2021-22, Rosola Dairy won the award for the Modena area: Super Gold - Rosola di Zocca - Parmigiano Reggiano 30-39 months.
