The Multiform Social Cooperative Onlus was born as a reception experience and as a meeting experience. His activity was first characterized by &' self-support and &' spontaneous, informal but also professional contribution, of volunteering, which is conceived as a decisive resource for building and implementing the various personal and community projects that take life and concrete form from it. On November 28, 2011, the company was established, also conceiving projects and real activities for the community. Multiforme Onlus seeks to become a concrete and visible expression of a journey that, from street poverty, passing through the creative responsibility of hospitality, comes today to also conceive work as a real opportunity for social redemption and personal and community revitalization, believing and investing time, energy, lives, dreams and hopes to make everything a concrete achievement. A change that involves directly and personally. One of these precious projects is called Cuor di Frutta, the taste of &' hospitality.
Multiforme Onlus and the taste of &' reception
Cuor di Frutta is a real experience in an artisanal workshop where jams, jams, jellies and mustards are produced, unique in their combination of flavors and original in their simplicity and naturalness. These Cuor di Frutta products were born with the idea of making everyone taste a new taste, or “the taste of hospitality”, the result of the work of people who have put themselves out there and who every day try to get up and work hard to restore dignity to their lives.
The laboratory has been specially designed, equipped and authorized, and allows you to carry out the exclusively artisanal activity. The project is guided by the principle of always using fresh fruit in season and with the right ripeness. Cooking is done on gas-fired stoves and stainless steel pots, and always in small quantities for each process to safeguard the taste and keep the natural color unchanged. The reduced amount of added sugar and the lack of preservatives further highlight the taste and quality of the product obtained. It should not be underestimated that each jar contains more than 80% fruit and less than 35% sugar. It is therefore a unique product, handcrafted with exclusive and creative recipes
