Strengthened by more than 80 years of history with its widespread presence all over the world, Paderno proposes itself internationally as an indispensable reference point for all restaurant professionals. The production items are also accompanied by an important range of complementary and related products carefully selected and made by highly qualified companies.
Founded in 1925 as Alluminio Paderno, and specialized in the production of aluminum pots for the household sector, Paderno is currently a leading global brand in the manufacture and sale of professional cookware and kitchen items for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
In 1997, following the acquisition of Sambonet by Paderno s.r.l. Sambonet Paderno Industrie S.p.a. was founded. Since the mid-19th century, Sambonet has represented Italian excellence, at an international level, in the production of silver-plated and stainless steel cutlery and pottery from the most classic styles to design experimentation.
Paderno and Sambonet arrived in 2001 in Orfengo (Novara), constituting the headquarters of the Group in a new and modern plant designed by the architect Enrico Frigerio. The company concentrates not only the production activities, the warehouse, a modern laboratory, but also the offices, the showroom, the outlet and a recreational area dedicated to employees.
In 2009, with the purchase of the prestigious German company Rosenthal, Sambonet Paderno Industrie S.p.A. enriched its brand portfolio (Sambonet, Paderno and Arthur Krupp), integrating it with prestigious brands in the porcelain sector such as Rosenthal, Thomas and Hutschenreuther. Growth continued and in 2015 Ercuis & Raynaud was acquired, a symbol of the elegance and tradition of “made in France” porcelain.
The Italian Group is now a leader in the production of high-quality design items for the table and kitchen designed to meet all the needs of the Ho.Re.Ca. channels
