Nero Fermento is an innovative startup, born thanks to the synergistic encounter between agriculture and technology but above all thanks to &' initiative of Farmers in Erba, an agricultural company that is part of the Consortium of Garlic di Voghiera Producers that for years has been involved in the production of Garlic di Voghiera DOP, and RES, acronym for Reliable Environmental Solutions, a cooperative company from Ravenna that operates in the fields of alternative energy and of the enhancement of organic matrices through anaerobic digestion.
