The Artisan of 'Nduja is a family-run business established in 2002 that has seen Luigi Caccamo as the sole administrator and a leading figure in creative thinking for the realization of this long-awaited and dreamed project. As the administrator himself states, “the family nature of the company is an essential condition to ensure the originality and authenticity of the product.” From this now-concretized dream, a vision and mission have emerged that give the company that pinch of originality that makes it unique in its kind, upholding the values of authenticity and originality of 'Nduja, and distinguishing itself for its ability to bring the specialties of the Calabria region outside of Italy.

The Foreign Press awarded Luigi Caccamo in Rome in 2015 with this motivation: “Caccamo's company has been awarded as a symbol of the new image Calabria needs. It is, among other things, the first time that the Foreign Press award goes to the region that most often is unfortunately mentioned in the pages about organized crime.” Of his magnificent product, it was said during that award ceremony: “Many produce 'Nduja, but those who have not tasted that of Spilinga cannot realize the value of the original. Caccamo, respecting traditions, has managed to give 'nduja international visibility; the award goes to him not only because he is one of the best producers from Spilinga but also for his modern facility that pays attention to hygiene and ingredient quality.”

The 'Nduja produced by Luigi Caccamo comes in different variations, distinguished by format and packaging, and is made with local pork and chili pepper, without the addition of preservatives, and the processing takes place in Spilinga.
