Pescaviar is a &' Spanish company based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, a municipality in the autonomous community of Madrid, specialized in the production and marketing of truly unique gourmet products that was founded in 1997 thanks to the will of a group of professionals with a long experience behind them in the food sector who saw the possibility of entering a market hitherto unattended, but with really important potential. In the following years, Pescaviar continued to expand its market shares, selling, thanks to an extensive national commercial network, first of all its first herring-based product, Avruga, considered the first caviar substitute product on the market and many other products still created by processing different types of fish. After Anchoviar and Moluga, respectively anchovies and wild herring from the North Sea, Arënkha MSC finally arrive.

Thus began a brilliant entrepreneurial career that successfully produces and markets its products both nationally and internationally. The innovation process for Pescaviar has continued over the years until it was able to offer the market many new products that are unique in terms of taste and the way in which they are offered to the general consumer audience. In fact, all Pascaviar products are of the highest quality that are able to satisfy even the most demanding palates. Currently, the company continues to work day by day trying to expand its presence more and more abroad (currently Pescaviar is located in 35 countries spread over five continents) and to always create new products to respond more and more to the needs of the market, in terms of tastes but, also and above all, in terms of innovation and sustainability. #39 #39

L&' innovation and the quality of Pescaviar products has also been rewarded not only by the loyalty of its customers, but also by various organizations that have awarded a prize to each of their main products, the most recent of which date back to 2012 with the winning of the MSC Seawards for the Most Innovative Product category and to 2013 with the winning of the Award of Excellence in the context of The American Masters Of Taste Awards organized by Chefs In America and many others.
