Officina degli Infusi is a &' a young company founded in Calabria, in Vibo Valentia, at the beginning of 2020 from the passion of a group of young people for good drinking. The mission of this group of young people, from the beginning, has been to create something authentic, unique and unmistakable by fishing with full hands from the tradition of great distillers who have given us unsurpassed recipes and processing methods.
Officina degli Infusi, the perfect name
The name chosen with great care for this adventure has a very specific meaning that wants to convey what for the &' company are the key points that guide its operation. #39 First of all, the term “workshop” encompasses all of &' a legacy of tradition, an indispensable starting point, since in ancient times it identified an artisan workshop.
The term "infusions" instead indicates the method used for the artisanal production of the products. Officina degli Infusi's first product, not surprisingly, is Ginberg.
Ginberg: the gin that smells of Italy
Ginberg is an artisanal gin produced with l&' authentic Calabrian bergamot, hence its name, and carefully selected medicinal herbs. A gin that smells of Italy thanks to &' use of raw materials that are strictly 100% Made in Calabria. L&' authentic Calabrian bergamot, local medicinal herbs collected strictly by hand, alcohol at 96.5% vol., and spring water that flows almost at an altitude of almost 2000 meters.
