"The love for our land is a value we want you to taste." This is stated by the spokesperson of the dairy Angelo Croce, a name that is a reference for quality and Italian taste in the world starting from Lombardy. Since 1880, the company has grown and evolved over the decades, refining and improving production, without ever pausing on the industrialization of processes.
The Angelo Croce Dairy: the story
The company was founded by Paolo Croce in 1880 and specializes in the production and trade of dairy products. Later, Angelo Croce took over, from whom the company takes its name, followed by his son Luigi Croce, who over the years strengthened the production activity, making it grow more and more satisfactorily, bringing pride to Luigi himself and all his collaborators; this satisfaction is indeed evidenced by the goodness of the sought-after and widely distributed products.
The prosperity of the firm is still transmitted from Father Luigi to his children, who still honor this activity today. Four generations, therefore, through which the genuineness and freshness of the product have always been kept as a reference point and main goal, aimed at satisfying customer requests, always more in search of naturalness and simplicity.
This is the fourth generation of work and passion, of ideas and work philosophy; it is the fourth generation in which the love of the consumer for the pleasure of tasting their cheese is renewed, and the Angelo Croce Dairy brings to the table the best it can offer us. Few other foods can, like cheese, evoke culinary traditions that have a centuries-old history.
They do not exaggerate if they are firmly convinced that no food more than cheese can reflect the productive spirit of our Country: good, well made, of great tradition.
