Enjoy Valpolicella was born from the passion and roots of three boys for their land, namely the Valpolicella of the great Veronese wines. It is a project started almost for fun, experimenting with infusions and liqueurs with medicinal herbs that grow spontaneously in the field of one of the partners. One evening at the wine bar, after a tasting of local wines, the spark struck.
Finally, a grappa all'Amarone was proposed, which cleaned the mouth but weighed down the already intense tasting that had reached its peak with an excellent Amarone d&' vintage. Being passionate about gin, the current members of Enjoy Valpolicella realized that they would prefer a perfumed gin, perhaps mixed with dell&' tonic water, which would refresh the palate with floral and balsamic aromas. They then said to themselves: why not create a new product that is inspired by the scents of the hills and that is well linked to the excellence of our territory, Amarone della Valpolicella?
