Enjoy Valpolicella was born from the passion and deep connection of three young people to their land, the Valpolicella of great Veronese wines. It is a project that started almost as a game, experimenting with infusions and liqueurs using the medicinal herbs that grow spontaneously in one of the partners' fields. One evening in a wine shop, after tasting local wines, the spark was ignited.
At the end, a grappa made from Amarone was offered, which cleaned the palate but weighed heavily on the already intense tasting that had reached its peak with an excellent vintage Amarone. Being gin enthusiasts, the current partners of Enjoy Valpolicella realized that they would have preferred a flavored gin, perhaps mixed with tonic water, to refresh the palate with floral and balsamic notes. They then asked themselves: why not create a new product that draws inspiration from the scents of the hills and ties well to the excellence of our territory, the Amarone della Valpolicella?
Thus, the idea of GrapeHeart gin was born, which came to life in 2019 after more than two years of intense work. The name “heart of grape” pays tribute to this bond between the world of wine and that of spirits.

The Amarone della Valpolicella, besides giving a strong identity to the compound, has specific organoleptic purposes: it provides body and refinement to the gin while keeping it dynamic, softening its liveliness at the same time. With GrapeHeart we have enhanced the most floral and herbaceous aromas of the hills of Valpolicella, a land set in a context of natural elements that ensure a privileged climate for an immense variety of flowers, plants, and roots.
