The Lesster Brewery was founded in 2012 by a group of friends with a passion for good beer and small craft workshops. Their goal is to bring genuine and fresh products to the table of their customers, handcrafted in local laboratories on the slopes of the Lessini mountains.

This extraordinary land from which it takes its name is a vast, green, mostly uncontaminated mountain area, where you can easily find grazing cows and natural wonders. The Lesster Brewery selects the purest waters of the territory, rich in underground springs, and sometimes a few firsts to produce some seasonal beers.

Craft beer is not only born from raw materials, but also from passion. To produce their beers, the Lesster Brewery selects raw materials based on analytical criteria and quality controls, trying to make them express themselves to the maximum.
The philosophy of the brewery is based not only on the love of the territory, but also of the raw material: hops, which has a great deal of research behind it to find the best possible degree of expression for each variety.

After a few years of research, tests, experiments and technical tests, sometimes changing even one ingredient per dish, they have identified what they consider to be the perfect ingredients for their recipes. However, this does not stop the curiosity to try new combinations and improve their final product.
The production of Lesster beers is carried out with the best ingredients available on the market, evaluating only their quality.

From the careful choice of raw materials to the mastery of processing, Lesster brand beer guarantees a fresh taste and aroma typical of an

artisanal product.


Lesster Brewery: beer with a sustainable aftertaste

Lesster beers are all produced with an artisanal method: unfiltered, unpasteurized, preservative-free and refermented in the bottle. From the day they are cooked, it takes about 40 days for beers to be ready to drink, as opposed to 7-10 days for industrial beers.

Seasonally, Lesster beers are renewed, offering spicy or hoppy flavors, strong or delicate, classic or new. They are strictly refermented craft beers in bottles, a practice that gives a natural and genuine carbonation, not at all intrusive.
They should be kept at the right temperature (indicated on the back of each label) to keep their uniqueness intact and then consume them, enjoying the &' originality and the characteristics of each individual ingredient mixed with wisdom and skill by the master brewer.

The entire production chain of the Lesster Brewery has a link with the land of Lessinia: the supply of renewable energy is the contribution to maintaining the health of the territory.
The Lesster brewery has always been attentive to sustainability with the aim of acting as a company sensitive to environmental respect.
Since March 2017, its attention to nature has been reinforced by the exclusive consumption of 100% b renewable energy Be For Green Be Sustainable and certified by EKOenergy for sustainable electricity. Lesster is in fact the first brewery in Italy to receive this recognition.

All lesster beers are raw, unfiltered and free of preservatives. With the addition of a lot of passion, imagination, research and love in abundance!
