The Cantina Garbole was established with the specific goal of producing red wines that can tell emotions in a respectful and instinctive manner in synergy with a magnificent territory.


Garbole: passion and love for wine

Cantina Garbole was founded in 1994 by brothers Ettore and Filippo Finetto, who have always had one great ambition: to produce wine in a unique and unrepeatable way. Two courageous farmers, fascinated by the world of wine, who decided to rewrite their story by radically changing their profession and life to realize their dreams. Their goal is to create unique products that reflect their souls, without filters, but with the identity and truth that their wines can express.

The Finetto brothers of Cantina Garbole have a vision that is different from the ordinary; they are self-taught outsiders, innovators, and nonconformists. This continuously drives them to explore new experiences in search of their deeper identity.

Garbole is a unique winery that also distinguishes itself in the way it presents itself to the market. It actually releases the 2012 and 2011 vintages, making a great effort to wait in the cellar. It spans twenty hectares of vineyards cultivated between 300 and 450 meters above sea level, ensuring the company an annual production of 25,000 bottles divided into four different labels, which are bottled and released on the market only in the best vintages under the Garbole brand. The market is predominantly 70% export, with Southeast Asia, Northern Europe, the USA, and Canada as the primary countries.

Cantina Garbole considers wine not as a product unto itself but as a consequence, a means and a tool to express, to convey their values and ideas; to bring people together and recover identity. Meanwhile, the winery is seen as a container of profoundly attractive holistic experiences.
Garbole wines are the result of personal care of every detail and the guarantee of the brand: only nature and human labor inside the bottle; people before wine, value before price, wine before label.


Garbole: the H factor

The names of Garbole wines are preceded by an H: the H factor. That is, the same hands, the same way of doing things, the same thought, the same family: a way to harmonize as well as identify. But also the desire to convey silence, a subtle and ironic allusion to the desire to step back from the filters of a scientific tasting.
The story of wines made with an H in front follows the same logic to belong to the same family, to give a sign of recognizability. A sort of auxiliary and reinforcing element.


Cantina Garbole is a symbol of authenticity and allows us to savor precious Veneto Rosso IGT and Valpolicella DOCG: award-winning red wines recognized even by the awards of The Wine Hunter.
