Pedrazzoli was the first sausage factory in Italy to produce BIO. Since 1996, it has added this segment, which is becoming more and more important every year. Cereals and food products from organic farming, farms in open spaces, drastic reduction of preservatives, GMO-free, limited intake of salts and fats. The entire production is particularly suitable for the diet of celiacs and the diet of intolerant people. Many of these cold cuts are registered in the national pharmaceutical handbook for celiacs.
