VentiVenti: scopri i prodotti

The Ventiventi winery is an ambitious project that combines a passion for the territory and the seduction of sustainable economy and nature.

VentiVenti: a combination of tradition

and innovation

When enology and a passion for the territory meet the seduction of sustainable economy and nature, extraordinary projects are born. A family, entrepreneurs for generations with a strong desire to create an ambitious project. This is the case of Ventiventi, a winery located in the Modena town of Medolla.

The choice of the name is due to the year in which the innovative structure of this winery will be completed and will begin with the full operation of the former Società Agricola Il Borghetto di Razzaboni.

The oenological tradition of this territory, which involves the cultivation of local vines such as Sorbara, Salamino di Santa Croce, Pignoletto and Ancellotta, is complemented by more international grapes such as Pinot Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Ventiventi winery covers a total area of 45 hectares, of which 18 are vineyards and another 11 are currently being planted. A commitment that concerns the entire Razzaboni family: Vittorio, father and founder, together with his three sons Riccardo, Andrea and Tommaso.

A real family affair whose philosophy combines traditional elements and the search for modernity. And on this last point, attention to nature and respect for the environment are implemented through a modern photovoltaic system that guarantees the almost total self-sufficiency of production, from machinery

to treatments.

Ventiventi: a new expression of Emilian wine

The lack of use of chemicals, the use of modern machines and common sense are found in the wines that the company produces: the traditional wines Rosato, Pignoletto DOC, Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce and the three sparkling wines Rosé, Brut and Pas Dosé.

Furthermore, for the Ventiventi winery, organic is the necessary condition for producing excellent, healthy wines without defects.

The company, in fact, was designed and built with the sole objective of obtaining a quality product through the utmost respect for plants and the territory, entrusting their work to the balance of nature: deep soils, scarce in limestone, but rich in clay. This allows Ventiventi wines to be long-lasting, with very intense pigmentations and complex olfactory sensations.

The Ventiventi winery exploits everything that technology has to offer to preserve the quality of the raw material that comes from their vineyards, using innovative methods and prolonged aging on the lees. The result is a structured product with a reduced percentage of sulfites.

Concreteness, strength, traditions, sacrifice and motivation have contributed to the creation of excellent wines, recognized and awarded also by The Wine Hunter Awards
