Ca’ Verzini is the first agricultural brewery in the Val d’Illasi (VR) that offers excellent craft beers made from selected raw materials and its own cultivation.

Ca’ Verzini: craftsmanship and passion

The Ca’ Verzini Brewery was born from the boundless passion of two brothers, Filippo and Alessio, who after about ten years of homebrewing decided to transform their passion into a real profession.

They realized their dream by offering and giving the opportunity to a wide audience to taste their unique and special brewing creations.

The Ca’ Verzini Brewery is located on the hills of Val d’Illasi in the province of Verona, situated within a typical Venetian rural courtyard owned by the family, whose traces date back to the 12th century, completely restored and modernized in recent years.

In the brewery, different types of craft beer are created with selected raw materials from their own cultivation.

The barley is grown in the flatter company fields while the hops are grown in the hillier areas at higher altitudes, more suited, near the range of the Piccoli Dolomiti.

The entire production chain, from sowing to bottling, is directly managed by the owners to ensure maximum quality.

Ca’ Verzini craft beer does not arise solely from the raw materials, but also from passion.

The production of their beers is carried out with the best ingredients available from their territory. In fact, only the best raw materials from their own production are chosen based on quality controls, allowing them to express all their organoleptic characteristics to the fullest.

The brewery's philosophy is based not only on the love for the territory, but also on the raw materials. The latter has behind it extensive research to always find the best that can create the unique flavor that Ca’ Verzini beers are known to offer.
