Casate Normanne is a Calabrian farm located in the province of Vibo Valentia that produces and markets typical and traditional products of the region with full respect for the environment and natural resources.

Founded in 2019, Casate Normanne was established by cousins Giovanni Grillo and Raffaele Valente.
Giovanni, after graduating from IULM University in Milan, continued his professional training in Cork and Dublin, Ireland. Meanwhile, cousin Raffaele started managing one of the family’s points of sale right after high school graduation.
It was from them that the idea was born to create a business that could introduce Calabrian products to as many people as possible, bringing tradition, genuineness, and quality to the table.

The main mission of Casate Normanne is to carry out agricultural activities while respecting the peasant traditions, and at the same time caring for the environment and the territory.
The goal is therefore to offer the end consumer a product that can be natural even after undergoing a transformation process.

Casate Normanne's desire is to create products that have a soul, that speak of them and their land, Calabria.

The first product was the Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Calabria: a food with exceptional and unique characteristics. The product comes from the best biologically produced olives carefully selected.
In just two years, production expanded to 30 products.
The flagship product that fully represents the spirit and values of Casate Normanne is undoubtedly the 'Nduja. Together with their wide selection of cured meats, it is the result of artisanal production in the city of Mileto, also known as the "city of meats".
